My mommy got home late last night!!! I missed my mommy so much. I was so excited to see her. When she came in I spun in circles and ran into the bedroom. I jumped up on the bed and laid on top of Mommy. I kissed her and almost crushed her. That would have been very bad since she just got home and I missed her so much.

My mommy just got out a suitcase out! Then she told me the worst thing ever. She is leaving me for 10 days. She leaves Friday. I love my mommy so much. I don't know what I am going to do. She is going to Belize with her friend Tracy. She keeps giving me big hugs and saying she is going to miss me so much. Why would she leave me? Have I done something wrong? And more importantly, do they have doggy toys and treats in Belize? If she is leaving, I better get presents.

My mommy got home from work around 9:20 pm tonight. She had to close at work. She felt bad because I had not had a walk today since Daddy is out of town and she has been at work. She decided we could go for a short walk down to the cul de sac at the end of the street so I could get some sniffs in. As we got close to the end of the block a car passed us. This week has been great! My daddy has been working overnights at his job, so he sleeps during the day. That means he is home the whole time Mommy is at work. I have spent almost no time at all. Last night was his last night working and they are both home with me now.

Unfortunatly, Daddy leaves for week tomorrow night. I will miss him. He is going to go visit his uncle up there. Mommy will be home with me and we are going to have fun she says. I see lots of snuggling and treats in my future.

Many of you may know that I was scheduled to participate in the Seattle Humane Society Walk for the Animals today. After my leg surgery, we were not sure if I was going to be able to go and if I did go, how far I could actually walk. Let me tell you how the day went.
